Good fit if…

This is for you if…

  • Your siding is cupping, cracking, or showing rot at the bottom course.
  • You want to replace original windows with storm-rated units.
  • Soffit and fascia are sagging or pest-damaged after wet seasons.
  • You're refreshing the whole exterior — paint, trim, shutters together.
  • You need a new fence, deck stain, or other outdoor finish work.
Questions

Quick answers.

Hardie or vinyl siding — what's the trade-off?

Hardie (fiber-cement) is more durable, paint-friendly, and holds up better in our humidity and wind, but it's heavier and pricier to install. Vinyl is faster and cheaper but can warp or fade. We'll walk through both against your budget before recommending.

Do new windows actually save on cooling bills here?

Yes, especially if you're replacing single-pane originals. Modern Low-E double-pane units cut heat gain significantly in Gulf Coast summers, and storm-rated versions add insurance benefits in some carriers.
