Timing depends on scope, site conditions, material lead times, permits, and weather. GD confirms the schedule after inspection and sets it out in the written scope.
Why do the bathroom photos look unfinished?
They are documented in-progress photos of real GD work — waterproofing, tile, and niche detailing during installation. We label them rather than presenting them as completed rooms.
