Open position
Currently hiring: Construction Supervisor.
We're looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead roofing and remodeling crews across Gulfport and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This is a full-time, year-round role with a licensed and insured contractor.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily roofing, remodeling, and renovation jobsites across the MS Gulf Coast.
- Coordinate crew scheduling, material delivery, and subcontractor hand-offs.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized jobsites.
- Communicate progress, issues, and change orders directly with homeowners and the office.
- Inspect workmanship at each phase and sign off on punch-list completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience (residential preferred).
- Proven leadership on jobsites — crew management and trade coordination.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working at heights and in Gulf Coast weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills with homeowners, crews, and vendors.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
